When did you stop smiling at work?

Maybe it was the constantly changing schedule.

The jobs that never seem organized.

Working hard while nobody notices.

Being a great painter - but still feeling like there’s nowhere to go.

Or maybe you just realized you don’t enjoy going to work anymore.

We think good painters deserve better.

A team that respects your craft.
A plan when you show up.
Opportunities to learn and grow.
People you actually enjoy working alongside.
And work you can be proud to put your name on.

Find Your Work Smile.

Come see what working at NOVO feels like.
