A finished project says a lot about a crew. So does the work they put in before anyone sees the result.
It’s in the deteriorated concrete they remove to get back to something sound. The floor prep that gives a system a chance to perform. The care they take around drains, joints, edges, and transitions, where the details matter most.
Repair, preparation, waterproofing, and specialty flooring take judgment. You have to understand what you’re working over, recognize when conditions call for a different approach, care enough to get it right before moving on, and as concrete lives and breaths, adapt and repair as needed. Communicate with other crews, help the GC or Property Manager stay on schedule, and stay on your toes for what might arise next.
On National Tradesmen (Tradespeople) Day, we want to recognize our CRI crews for the experience they bring, the tough work they take on, and the pride they put into it. We see the effort behind the finished project, and we appreciate it.
To our crews and the tradespeople working alongside us: thank you. We’re proud to work with you.
