We are happy to announce our new collaboration with Galante Landscape Architects. Having worked closely with Lauren while employed at Studio Terrain, we have seen firsthand her talent at delivering plan sets and a vision on the most demanding sites.

Studio Terrain is now pivoting towards a new direction that focuses on pre-construction collaboration and design optimization. We are partnering with landscape architects and designers to streamline the transition from vision to ex*****on, ensuring a seamless build process for the plan sets Terrain Seattle brings to life. By collaborating early on material sourcing, complex elevation solutions, and advanced implementation methods, we help protect the integrity of the original design. Additionally, our team can provide detailed shop drawings based on your conceptual plans to guarantee precise estimating and flawless construction success.

We look forward to continuing multiple projects working with Lauren in this exciting new phase.

HJEMSTED | NORMANDY PARK, WA
The landscape design for Hjemsted Orchards draws from the site's orchard history while supporting contemporary residential living. Attention to detail is what gives a landscape longevity. From material transitions to grading, planting, and structural alignment, every element is considered as part of a larger composition — balancing craftsmanship, durability, and restraint throughout the site.
