Introducing first look at new 16-unit middle housing project in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood.
Currently in design, the project explores how a middle-density urban infill building can fit within the scale and character of an established residential neighborhood. The design breaks down the overall building mass into smaller, more articulated volumes, creating a more granular sense of scale and a transition between the existing housing types and new middle-density development.
The project pairs a contemporary architectural language with warm wood accents, generous glazing, and integrated landscaping to create a welcoming addition to the neighborhood.
Clean lines, warm wood accents, generous windows, and thoughtfully integrated landscaping help create a contemporary yet approachable addition to the neighborhood. The result is a compact multifamily project that balances density with a strong sense of place and human scale.
