Kirk Remodel and Design Specializing in Kitchen and Bath remodel, we've been customizing homes in the greater Seattle Area since 1977. He has been working with Kirk for over 17 years.

Kirk is a hands-on contractor with a deep love of creating beautiful and original spaces for satisfied, happy homeowners. He makes it his business to assist clients in creating a vision of what their home could be, and to help them bring that vision into form. With a natural sense of aesthetically pleasing beauty, harmony and style, coupled with down-to-earth, hands-on, experienced know-how, he ge

ts the job done with finesse. He is an extremely hard worker, with excellent skills in management, organization, and seeing to every fine detail. His extensive knowledge of Northwest homes throughout the various periods of modern history has been cultivated through his 32 years of experience as a contractor. Kirk's formal training includes study of design at Cornish College of the Arts, study of art at the University of Washington, and study of construction management, real estate, appraisal, and commercial investing at North Seattle Community College. He also enjoys traveling with his wife when time permits, watching sports, and being a supportive "dad" to his five step-children, their spouses, and seven step-grandchildren. Kirk will expertly assist you in assessing and evaluating your project and will walk you through each step of the way, from initial meeting to final wrap-up. Jens Beeder

Lacey is a university trained designer, specializing in kitchens and baths. She holds a degree in residential design from the Art Institute of Seattle and began working as a full-time designer in 2004. She has helped literally hundreds of homeowners with their home remodeling designs.

Finishing up a refresh on a Craftsman kitchen in Greenlake just in time for the Holidays! Homeowner wanted to retain the charm of the original cabinets topped with new cherry hardwood tops, brand new double hung windows trimmed correctly with backband, a beautiful farmhouse sink and handmade tile backsplash with a unique pattern behind the stove that frames the yellow Bertazzoni perfectly.
