A study in material, light, and detail.

For this Magnolia bathroom, a restrained palette of warm walnut, honed stone, and finely lined tile creates a calm, tactile interior.

The vertical tile adds texture and rhythm, while the stone wraps the tub and vanity. Walnut cabinetry and integrated shelving bring warmth. The windows connect the space to the city view beyond.

Small details—from the hardware and shelving to the stone edges—give the room its character.

A room designed for climbing, hiding, reading, imagining—and growing.

Here, the stair does more than connect two levels. It becomes the centerpiece of a child’s world, combining circulation, storage, play, and a little bit of adventure.

Some of the most memorable buildings aren't defined by a grand gesture, but by a collection of small, deliberate decisions.

A window placed to capture a specific view. A wall shifted to preserve a tree. A subtle change in material. A carefully framed shadow.

Architecture happens at every scale.

The entry sets the tone for everything inside. Here, a custom steel screen carries from the front entry all the way to the stair railing, threading the same pattern through the home.

115 SF.

That’s all it took to:

• Expand the kitchen
• Reconfigure the stair
• Add a mudroom
• Strengthen the connection to the backyard

Small addition. Big impact.

Some of our favorite projects begin with unconventional buildings.

A split-level perched on a steep hillside. A gambrel-roofed barn. A home with unusual proportions and unexpected spaces.

These buildings ask more questions than a typical house, but they also offer richer opportunities for design.

Rather than fighting what makes them unique, we look for ways to build upon it.

The result is architecture that feels rooted in its place, its history, and the people who live there.

Folding glass walls open and the distinction between inside and out quietly dissolves at Woodway. The patio and the dining room become one space.
