What an Amazing Journey and Life Experience it has been. Prior to opening in 2018, our Founder & CEO Kay Cole had worked on the job for 4 years as a Project Manager. She learned Development, how to Manage a project and Built a 6 house subdivision from the ground up. Taking advantage of the on the job training allowed her to learn, obtain her license and start her own company which became Quality Development.
