Old sliding doors were outdated, drafty, and showing signs of wear. We upgraded the entire opening with a clean modern installation for better insulation, smoother operation, and a fresh new look.

Scope of Work:

• Removed existing sliding door system
• Protected interior flooring and surrounding finishes
• Inspected framing for water or structural damage
• Repaired and reinforced rough opening where needed
• Installed new weather barrier and flashing
• Set and leveled new sliding glass door
• Secured frame and insulated all gaps properly
• Installed new interior and exterior trim
• Sealed exterior for weather protection
• Final adjustments for smooth slide and lock operation
• Full cleanup after completion

• Re-ran exhaust venting for safer and cleaner operation
