🏆 Charter Construction Receives 2026 Phoenix Award for Innovation in Reconstruction

We’re proud to share that Charter Construction has been selected as the 2026 Phoenix Award winner in the Innovation in Reconstruction category for the Issaquah Residence Tree Strike Repairs project.

Following the devastating 2024 Pacific Northwest “bomb cyclone,” four mature trees struck this newly completed custom home in Issaquah, causing catastrophic structural and interior damage. With its expansive glazing, vaulted ceilings, and luxury finishes, restoring the home required exceptional planning, technical expertise, and craftsmanship.

Working closely with engineers, specialty subcontractors, the insurance carrier, and the homeowners, Charter developed and executed a precise repair strategy that restored the residence to its original design intent while protecting the integrity of the structure.

This recognition reflects the dedication, innovation, and whatever-it-takes commitment our team brings to every project.
