A quick schedule update for our Republic of Cider family: Stitch & Bitch will be taking this Friday, September 11, off from 6:30–9:30 PM. Thanks so much for understanding, we’ll be back together again next month! 🧶🍎

St-Lô Cidre de L’île is now pouring at 74th St Ale House!

French cider apples grown on Bainbridge Island begin a wild fermentation, which we finish in house: creating a cider reminiscent of the style of Normandy. Thoughtful, bright, and made for a slow sip with friends.

St-LĂ´ is one of our incubator cideries where we work with local producers and aspiring cidermakers to help them craft their image and scale.
