Proud to share this contemporary Bellevue home we completed last summer, thoughtfully designed by the talented team at . The landscape, brought to life by Alliance Landscape Services, perfectly frames the architecture and reflects the homeowner’s clear and inspired vision.

From the start, this project stood out. The client came to us with a playful, creative approach and a strong sense of what they wanted their forever home to feel like. It made for one of the most enjoyable collaborations we’ve had—and one we’ll remember for a long time.

This classic home near Greenlake in the Tangletown neighborhood elegantly blends modern conveniences with its historic charm. The kitchen has been slightly expanded to accommodate an island and a stunning walnut built-in, enhancing the home’s historic feel while introducing a refreshed design aesthetic. We appreciate homes where every space can be updated to create a seamless narrative throughout. The beautiful master suite, with its added square footage, provides this growing family with more room to stretch out and unwind!

As one of the core leaders of our company, Braden plays a vital role in shaping our vision and guiding our team towards success. Beyond work, he is a devoted family man, cherishing every moment with his young son and eagerly anticipating the arrival of a new baby. His deep values and unwavering character shine through in everything he does, and we admire his earnest desire to give his best to both his family and our company.

An oldie but a goodie! From the archives comes one of our favorite Lake Washington homes. This Northwest contemporary residence was the first of many we’ve had the privilege to build down on the lake. Designed by Shugart Bates architecture, this home was crafted for two lifelong Boeing employees—perhaps the kindest clients we’ve ever worked with! Take note of the barreled roof and tapered overhang, which beautifully mimic the wings of a commercial airliner. Building this home was an incredibly enjoyable experience!

Wallingford Modern Pt 2—In partnership with the talented designers at , this Wallingford home is a true expression of modern design. Featuring three separate buildings—garage, studio, and main house—thoughtful planning was essential to make it all work on a compact 5,000-square-foot Seattle lot. The garage and studio create an inviting outdoor courtyard, while the main house boasts a 20-foot sliding door that enhances the connection between all three structures. This home is perfect for entertaining, combining simplicity in form with elegance in its overall design aesthetic.
