-What motivates you every day?
I’ve spent 35 plus years in this industry. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importancy in my job. To see the client's response when I’ve completed their job, is what brings me joy. I feel honored to have been welcomed into their home and given the opportunity to build their dream. That’s where my joy comes from.
-What’s a project you’re proud of?
I'm super proud of each job individually. But my favorites, aren’t by size and difficulty. My designer’s give me a vision, and to be able to deliver that is what matters.
-Are you an early bird or night owl?
Great question. I start my day about 4am Monday-Friday. I am here seven days a week for my client's. The bond you build is priceless with each client.
-What’s something currently bringing you joy?
What brings me joy daily, is to keep my client in the loop. I love to send progress photos daily or weekly. I love what we do and to be working with my greatest trade partners excites me daily. I’m blessed in many ways. Each client is different; however the end goal never changes.
