Our Madison Lofts project at the top of the Seattle Arboretum has attained a significant milestone with the completion of the podium waterproofing replacement. The SSI teams successfully erected a 200ft by 25ft temporary enclosure to facilitate the repairs during the inclement fall and winter seasons. This accomplishment exemplifies what can be achieved through necessity, skilled collaboration, and a commitment to excellence on complex projects. We are now proceeding to the next phase, which encompasses hardscapes, corten steel planters, and landscaping.

The SSI team is just wrapping up on this 3 building strip and reclad project up on beacon hill! The project had extensive rot repairs, new water resistant barriers, new windows, new doors, new siding and paint. We are excited to have phase one almost across the finish line!
