This is the kind of property where the residents have high standards, and they should. Multi-story, mixed materials, multiple balconies, brick and stucco that each require a completely different approach. The HOA board that hired us for this one understood something a lot of boards eventually figure out: the exterior of a building sets the tone for everything inside it.
