A look inside AMLI Redmond Way. 👀

Rafn was pleased to welcome guests for a tour of the recently completed West Building at AMLI Redmond Way, a 374-unit mixed-use community in the heart of Redmond. Attendees had the opportunity to explore the residential lobby, Havana Lounge, rooftop amenity spaces, apartment layouts, and the Tree House. Along the way, they learned more from the project team about the vision, collaboration, and craftsmanship that brought this project to life!

Building strong communities takes teamwork, both on and off the job site.

Recently, the Rafn team came together to package 1,830 pounds of rice for Food Lifeline 🌿, helping support their mission to connect people with nourishing, culturally relevant food.

Each May, Preservation Month gives us a chance to celebrate the spaces that tell the story of our communities. The buildings that have stood through decades of change and continue to serve a purpose today.

Plymouth Housing’s Pacific Apartments is one of those places. Originally built in 1915 as the Leamington Hotel and Apartments, this historic Beaux-Arts building became derelict in the 80s and began crumbling away. It was occupied in the early 1990s by community activists in an effort to preserve it as housing for low-income residents. It was then acquired by Plymouth Housing in 1993 to provide low-income supportive housing.

After an initial renovation in 1995 and another recently completed by Rafn, the building now holds 89 units for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and continues to serve the community more than a century after it was first built. Rafn Company is proud to help extend the life of this historic building while honoring its existing character, craftsmanship, and story.
