Last week the office got to tour the Spectra Apartments, recently completed with Quarterra Multifamily Communities in the new Marymoor Design District just north of Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA.

Comprised of 450 units in three buildings with shared amenities and ground floor retail space, the overall site also incorporates public art and community gardens and offers easy access to the adjacent East Lake Sammamish Trail and future Eastlink Light Rail station currently under construction across the street.

Vela Apartments Tour! Principal Jen Cho led our office on the recently completed 141 unit Vela Apartments by Continental Properties and Low Tide Properties.

This project in downtown Kirkland weaves its way into an existing lively streetscape, maintaining an existing 2 story commercial structure as part of the development. A central public plaza and courtyard brings natural light deep into the building, while upper units enjoy sweeping views of Lake Washington.

Enjoying the completion and ribbon cutting of !

This project stands on Lake Street S in downtown Kirkland WA.

Clients Continental properties and Low Tide worked with the design to a generous courtyard, provide engaging retail at the street with units above with panoramic Lake Washington views! The team also tackled wrapping a new building around a revitalized existing office and restaurant space.
