Congratulations to GT Capital, and thank you to Historic Seattle for this spotlight!

We were proud to work alongside Coughlin Porter Lundeen on the voluntary seismic upgrade at Smith Tower, adding fluid viscous dampers across multiple floors of an occupied 1914 landmark, often working overnight to keep the building running for tenants.

It's great to see the investment paying off, with vacancy now at 18%, half the downtown average. Here's to the next century of Smith Tower!

We’re back at The Commons! Construction is underway on The Lofts at Ballard Commons, a new project at the site of our previous The Commons at Ballard project. Over the next nine months, we’ll be converting the upper floors of the north building into 23 new apartment homes in partnership with Henbart LLC, Studio Meng Strazzara, and Blanton Turner.

We’re excited to return to a familiar site and help bring the next phase of this property to life.

Congratulations to The Evergreen School on the grand opening of Spruce! We’re proud to have been part of the team bringing this exciting new space for Evergreen’s youngest learners to life.

What a special moment! 💚

Today, we celebrated the grand opening of Spruce, Evergreen’s new home for our Preschool, Prekindergarten, and Kindergarten students.

One of the most meaningful moments of the day came when our founder’s children cut the ribbon, connecting Evergreen’s beginnings with an exciting new chapter in our school’s story.

We can’t wait to welcome students into Spruce on September 8th. Look for more updates from today’s celebration coming soon!

We’re officially underway at South County Fire Station 22!

We were proud to join South County Fire and the project team to celebrate the groundbreaking of this important new facility. The new Station 22 will provide a safer, more resilient home for the firefighters and first responders serving southwest Snohomish County.

We’re honored to be part of the team bringing it to life and look forward to watching the project take shape. Congratulations to South County Fire on this exciting milestone!

W.G. Clark recently completed the restoration of the Fife You Store It storage facility in Fife, Washington.

Following a significant fire that damaged part of the property, our team worked alongside Ferguson Architecture to restore the facility and bring it back into service. Once construction began, all work was completed in just under four months.

We’re proud to have delivered an efficient restoration project and supported the recovery of a long-standing local business serving the Fife community.

W.G. Clark celebrated a major milestone at New Hope Family Housing yesterday with a topping-out crew lunch! We’re proud to serve as general contractor for this important Central Area project, which will bring 92 new affordable homes to Seattle along with community, nonprofit, and retail space.

Thank you to our incredible field team and project partners at NHCDI - New Hope Community Developement Institute, Low Income Housing Institute, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, and Weber Thompson for helping bring this vision to life.

Excited to keep the momentum going toward completion in spring 2027!
