Today, we celebrated the grand opening of Spruce, Evergreen’s new home for our Preschool, Prekindergarten, and Kindergarten students.

One of the most meaningful moments of the day came when our founder’s children cut the ribbon, connecting Evergreen’s beginnings with an exciting new chapter in our school’s story.

We’re officially underway at South County Fire Station 22!

We were proud to join South County Fire and the project team to celebrate the groundbreaking of this important new facility. The new Station 22 will provide a safer, more resilient home for the firefighters and first responders serving southwest Snohomish County.

We’re honored to be part of the team bringing it to life and look forward to watching the project take shape. Congratulations to South County Fire on this exciting milestone!

W.G. Clark recently completed the restoration of the Fife You Store It storage facility in Fife, Washington.

Following a significant fire that damaged part of the property, our team worked alongside Ferguson Architecture to restore the facility and bring it back into service. Once construction began, all work was completed in just under four months.

We’re proud to have delivered an efficient restoration project and supported the recovery of a long-standing local business serving the Fife community.

W.G. Clark celebrated a major milestone at New Hope Family Housing yesterday with a topping-out crew lunch! We’re proud to serve as general contractor for this important Central Area project, which will bring 92 new affordable homes to Seattle along with community, nonprofit, and retail space.

Thank you to our incredible field team and project partners at NHCDI - New Hope Community Developement Institute, Low Income Housing Institute, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, and Weber Thompson for helping bring this vision to life.

Excited to keep the momentum going toward completion in spring 2027!

Eight years ago this month, we completed Momentum Indoor Climbing in Seattle’s S**O neighborhood.

The 19,200-SF transformation of a former Sears Automotive Center included a full seismic upgrade, major roof modifications, new MEP systems, fitness and yoga spaces, retail, and, naturally, some very tall climbing walls.

The walls were fabricated in Bulgaria and shipped to Seattle. The team worked from plans written in Bulgarian and metric units, carefully translating and converting measurements to meet tolerances as tight as 1/8 inch.

A fun one to look back on. Thanks to the project team and partners who helped bring this unique space to life!

W.G. Clark is celebrating the retirement of Superintendent Dean Kliegl, who recently concluded a 40-year career with the company. Since joining W.G. Clark in 1985, Dean provided decades of leadership in the field and contributed to projects including The Maddux, Woodin Creek Village, Saint Martin’s University and, most recently, the Evergreen School Campus Expansion.

Known for his extensive construction experience and commitment to quality work, Dean helped guide W.G. Clark projects through many phases of the company’s history.

Congratulations, Dean, and thank you for 40 years of service!

W.G. Clark was proud to sponsor a hole and support Kids' Chance Washington, which provides scholarships for families affected by serious workplace injuries.

Our Overlake site has officially topped out!

Congratulations to the W.G. Clark field team, trade partners, and project partners on reaching this major milestone in Redmond.

Located near the Overlake Village light rail station, this mixed-use apartment community is bringing new housing to one of the Eastside’s most active transit-oriented neighborhoods. We’re proud of the progress made so far and grateful to the many people helping move this project forward.

W.G. Clark recently completed renovations to the Sunset Hill/Ballard restaurant after a temporary closure following a 2025 fire.

We're proud to recognize Jorel Baranda, Field Engineer, who was recently named Safe Employee of the Year!

This award is presented to the employee who demonstrates best practices in all safety rules and who motivates others on the job to be safety-conscious.

“Jorel is always thinking safety first. He does his due diligence and walks the site all day to ensure the site is safe and that all workers on site are adhering to the W.G. Clark safety guidelines," said Project Manager Matt Raskasky. "Safety is his first priority, making sure each person who is on site goes home at the end of the day.”
