Designed To Feel Seamless
Adding a second story is about more than creating extra space.
It’s about making your home work better for the way you live while ensuring every new detail feels like it was always meant to be there.
For this Ballard family, the goal was more space, better flow, and a second story that felt like it had always belonged there.
At Jackson Design Build, we worked closely with the homeowners to create an addition that blended naturally with the home’s original character and layout.
Projects like this take more than construction.
They take communication, planning, and a team that respects your home throughout the process.
From design through construction, we focused on keeping the experience collaborative, organized, and thoughtfully managed every step of the way.
The finished result is a home that feels more open, functional, and built for the future.
The new second story created the additional living space this family needed while maintaining a cohesive look and feel throughout the home.
At Jackson Design Build, we believe great remodeling is about more than the final result.
It’s about thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and creating spaces that genuinely improve how our clients live every day.
If you're thinking about your next project, we're here when you're ready.
