Basement-to-ADU Conversion | Kirkland, WA
Recently completed a full basement conversion into a functional ADU, transforming approximately 800 SF of existing basement space into a comfortable and independent living area.
The project included a 1-bed, 1-bath layout with an open-concept kitchen and living space, along with the necessary MEP, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, finishes, and life-safety upgrades.
The goal was to maximize the existing footprint while creating a modern, practical living space that feels like a separate home rather than a converted basement.
