Custom built-in designed to match the surrounding millwork. Adjustable shelving on either side provides flexible storage, while existing outlets were integrated through the cabinet to keep the vacuum and other essentials powered and tucked neatly out of sight.

Another large pivot door. This one needed to be removed from the opening and adjusted by 1/8 inch to eliminate the drag when closing. It may sound like a small adjustment, but with a door slab weighing over 200 pounds, precision is everything.

This built-in was designed around the existing roofline, requiring every component to be custom fit to the space. Complete with dimmable LED lighting, it transformed an awkward wall into a functional feature piece.
