Lausiva Homes Announcement

We’re VERY excited to introduce Hanna Johnstone, who has joined Lausiva Homes as our Construction Admin — and so much more!

Hanna will be helping keep our projects, communication, scheduling, paperwork, and day-to-day coordination running smoothly. You’ll be hearing from her regularly as she becomes an important point of contact for our clients and subcontractors.

Niko and I are super excited to bring her onboard.

Our content may be lacking but our finish builds are absolutely lovely.
Check out 121 N 136th and 123 N 136th in Seattle. Both are amazing because we built them.

I don't think anyone will tell us to stop building and do social media content full time. But we have fun. :) We are keeping our day job. If you need a builder, call us. If you need a content creator, maybe call someone else.
