So we switched a 220 stove to a gas stove, added a vent - hood that runs to the roof and out of the house.

We also add a "water pot". She likes to cook and I dig it. Sheetrock, trim, electrical, plumbing.

Turned out pretty good

If she ever sells the home and the new homeowners want to go back to 220. It's still there

Incased a middle beam on a double wide with stained pine. Turned out pretty good.

Then added a nice stained panel around the living room beam.
