The last image from the Brazos County job: the final load ready at dusk.

Two days of work fit into a few minutes on screen, but this quiet ending says plenty. Thank you for watching the job unfold with Farmer Brown & Co.

The Implement Never Showed Up… So I Went and Got It Myself | Land Clearing in Hempstead, TX

The new Blue Diamond cutter for today's skid steer job never showed up. Instead of making the customer wait, I hooked up the trailer, drove to Old Dominion, chased down the delivery truck, and got it to the tractor place myself. Then we cleared the whole property in Hempstead, Texas.

Sometimes making the job happen means doing the odd thing. Go the extra mile. Be a helping hand, not a nagging customer with no solutions.

A quieter side of Farmer Brown & Co.: Texas honey on the table.

Two jars, a honey dipper, and something good to slow down with. How do you use yours: tea, toast, or straight from the spoon?

One small detail from a different tree removal: the queen in the clip.

This photo is from the separate bee job filmed earlier this month, when Henry found the queen at the back of the tree. It is not from the Brazos County fallen-tree job.

Take a closer look at the “Found the Queen” video on our page.

Two days. One huge fallen tree. A final load at dusk.

This Brazos County job started with bees inside the trunk and ended with the site cleared. I never got the tree open, but here’s the before and after of the work.

The cleared site at the end of the Brazos County job.

After two days of work, this is the view left behind. The trunk never opened, so this is a cleanup result, not a claim that the colony was recovered.

The full film and this week’s short clips show the steps between the starting point and this view.

A small opening can hide a much larger story.

This close-up comes from a separate hollow-tree bee removal filmed earlier this month. It is a different job from the big fallen tree in Brazos County.
