In this role, you'll fabricate metal ductwork, plenums, drain pans, and other HVAC system components while operating shop equipment such as plasma tables, shears, brake presses, drills, and grinders. You'll also work from layouts and schematics, collaborate with field teams on custom solutions, and help keep the shop and warehouse organized.

Responsibilities
• Fabrication of metal ductwork and various related components of HVAC systems
• Knowledge of inputting fitting dimensions and operation of a plasma table.
• Setting up and operating fabricating machines such as shears, brake presses, Pittsburgh, drills, grinders, etc.
• Fabricate and assemble duct, plenums, drain pans and other metal products as needed.
• Experience in proper and safe use of various hand tools
• Follow instructions and work from direction
• Read and interpret layouts, schematics and interact with field teams for custom solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with warehouse receiving and organization of inbound shipments and staging of outbound project materials.

What a week! 💪

Despite limited manpower, our residential installation teams absolutely crushed it last week.

From delivery day to final walkthrough, the crews worked hard, stayed focused, and delivered outstanding results for our customers. The quality, attention to detail, and teamwork displayed on every project were second to none.

A huge thank you to our install teams for stepping up and knocking it out of the park. We're proud of what was accomplished last week and even more proud of the people who made it happen.
