These awards reflect the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our entire team. Every day, our employees demonstrate what it means to prioritize safety, deliver quality work, and serve our customers with excellence.

While these awards are a reflection of the efforts of our entire team, we would like to give special recognition to our Safety Department for their leadership and commitment to creating a culture where safety comes first. Their work, together with the daily dedication of our employees in the field and office, is what makes honors like these possible.

We were honored to attend the Women In Alliance Luncheon with Astronaut Sunita Williams as the speaker.

Spending months in space is something most of us can’t even wrap our heads around, but her takeaways on leadership, staying steady in high-pressure situations, and trusting your team felt very relatable.

Always a good reminder that strong leadership shows up in all environments.
