A busted water pipe in this apartment building caused some slight flooding and soaked the padding up under the carpet in both bedrooms. I removed the carpet, replaced the padding with new material and then re installed the carpet.
While I was there I also installed the closet doors that was taken down by someone else for some reason. Good as new 💪🏼

Snapped some pictures throughout the process of this repair today. This Dr. Office in town suffered from a leaky roof, after J got the leak stopped I was able to go in and cut out the bad spot in the ceiling, I had to add some 2x4 dead wood to guarantee a tight and secure patch. I then cut and installed the piece of 1/2 inch sheetrock on the ceiling, done a professional tape & mud job before skimming it one final time & applying the popcorn texture with my spray hopper. I will return in the morning to apply a fresh coat of ceiling paint and just like that, it's good as new. Give me a call for any of your repairs or Renovations needed. Commercial & Residential

For the first time ever I took a look at this job in it's starting condition and seriously questioned if we would be able to do it or not. We have brought many other structures back to life from the depths of no return but none quite like this. My Mom and her cleaning crew originally filled up 13 of the large roll off dumpsters just in the cleaning and demo phase .. so that the other carpenters and myself could begin the remodeling phase. When I say gutted and remodeled I mean nothing on this property has been left un touched. This was a mentally challenging job not for the weak but we have made it through and almost ready to hand over the finished product. Let's take a sneak peek at this 5 ⭐ transformation right here in Jesup, Ga. And I'd like to take a second to recognize JoJo Sellers, without you, your hard work, dedication and management skills we wouldn't be able to keep up with all of these details you really are the best at what you do and it's not I recognized.
