The Hilton Garden Inn expansion in is now complete. At 39,000 SF, this was a new structure built onto a fully occupied, fully operational hotel. Guests on one side, construction on the other, zero disruptions.
The expansion added 68 guest rooms, additional meeting space, a bridal suite, and expanded support facilities. Every crane pick, concrete pour, and fire alarm tie-in was coordinated around a live building. Complex fireproofing across wall systems and structural steel was worked through on-site with the architect, building department, and our Superintendent and PM teams.
To maintain pace, the team preassembled wood-framed wall systems and ran assembly-line sequencing that kept trades stacked and moving. The finished product is seamless, matching every contour and finish so precisely you can't tell where the original ends and the expansion begins.
