More room to gather in New River! We added 200 square feet of living space to this home, creating a new dining room designed to blend seamlessly with the existing layout. Swipe through to see the progress at each stage of construction!

Matching floor tile & coordinated interior and exterior paint give the addition a cohesive finish. Two new windows bring in natural light, while the original sliding glass door was saved and reused to connect the dining room to the backyard. The existing HVAC system was extended to keep the space comfortable year-round.

Check out this primary suite remodel we just completed in Tempe, designed to blend elevated finishes with improved accessibility and everyday comfort. The bedroom and closet received brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring, while the bathroom was fully reconfigured to support a more functional, wheelchair-accessible layout.

The existing curbed shower was replaced with a modern curbless shower, creating a seamless entry and a safer, more open bathing space. New floor and shower tile, a vanity cabinet, countertop, mirror, shower trim, and valve complete the refreshed bathroom design.

To improve access and circulation, the primary bedroom doorway was widened for wheelchair accessibility. A new pocket door was added as the bathroom entrance, preserving valuable floor space while maintaining clear access. The closet door was removed entirely to create a more open and practical layout.

We opened up the kitchen and living room by removing a wall, creating a brighter, more connected main living space. New walls were framed to create a dedicated office and an additional powder bath.

Throughout the home, we installed new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile flooring, interior and exterior paint, a kitchen tile backsplash, and new shower tile.
-
In the primary bath, we swapped the shower and tub locations and added a freestanding tub for a more intentional, spa-like layout.

Ending the week in Mesa with this accessibility-focused primary bathroom renovation designed for safer, more comfortable everyday use.

This project included removing the existing shower, wall between shower and water closet, and vanity cabinet. The existing faucet, sink, and countertop remained untouched while the cabinet below was reworked into a wheelchair-friendly open vanity.

A new curbless tile shower provides a safe & easy entry. Tile wainscoting continues from the shower along the back wall towards the toilet, creating a cohesive finish. New shower trim and grab bars complete the updated space.

We also refreshed the primary closet with new carpet, plus a widened doorway for improved wheelchair access. Thoughtful updates like these make a home more comfortable, functional, and ready for the years ahead.

Sit back and take in the views! This Ahwatukee whole-home remodel is a complete transformation—designed to make every room feel more intentional, connected, and ready for everyday living.

In this reel, you’ll see how we reimagined the home’s layout by relocating the kitchen, bar, dining, and laundry areas improving flow and function. The new spaces bring together elevated finishes and thoughtful details, from custom cabinetry, countertops, sinks, and faucets to updated bathroom tile wainscoting throughout.

New wood flooring, Saltillo tile, fresh paint, exterior doors, and faux Spanish-style ceiling box beams bring warmth and character into every corner. Outside, we also replaced the former spiral staircase with a new custom exterior deck access staircase—creating a more seamless, inviting connection to the home’s outdoor spaces.

This North Phoenix home and backyard remodel gave the property a complete refresh, blending elevated finishes with functional, everyday living.

Inside, we installed new hardwood flooring, fresh paint, doors, and windows throughout, along with updated bathroom tile and custom tub/ shower surrounds. The kitchen was fully reimagined including new cabinetry, countertops, and a full-height quartz backsplash. Relocating the sink to the island created a more open layout designed for everyday use and entertaining. We also built a custom media wall featuring lighted shelving and wall tile creating a polished focal point for the main living area.

Outside, the backyard was transformed into a low-maintenance space made for gathering. New synthetic turf and pavers give the space a clean, modern foundation. A built-in BBQ, fire pit, and aluminum shade pergola make it equally suited for quiet evenings or hosting friends & family.

From the interior to the exterior, every detail of this renovation was thoughtfully designed and built with purpose.

This project included a pony wall topped with clear glass, providing a defined separation between the new classroom and the surrounding interior while preserving an open feel. New glass entry doors complete the space, offering a clean, modern entrance that maintains visibility and connection throughout the facility.

This transformation included removing the existing shower and tub surround to create a spacious new walk-in shower. The updated bath features custom shower glass, new fixtures, and stunning floor-to-ceiling tile for a clean, elevated finish.

In the kitchen, we carried the backsplash tile up behind and above the range hood and added new upper cabinetry for a more cohesive, functional look.
