What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate would be a solid carpenter with verifiable experience in home remodeling & construction.

If you're a carpenter who consistently does great work, who has problem solving skills, and the ability to complete tasks with high quality and precision, we'd like to talk with you!

If you're a self-starter, have a great attitude, and you communicate well with people, consider joining our team!

If you can take direction, follow design drawings, and offer you're own rock star input, you'll fit right in!

Skills we'd like you to have (or be willing to learn):
Your duties will be varied depending on the project you're working on and the phase of the project. We self perform many aspects of our projects:

Framing
Window & Door installation
Exterior Finish, Siding & Repair
Finish Carpentry, Cabinetry Installation
Wood & LVP flooring
Tile Work (Showers, Floors & Backsplash)

We use licensed plumbers, electricians, drywall & taping crews, concrete setters, painters, roofers, and stucco installers, but if you're skilled at those trades that's a plus. We may occasionally perform incidental work in those trades.
