In occupied affordable housing renovations, thoughtful planning starts long before construction begins.

Our Preconstruction team takes the time to understand each property, anticipate challenges, and develop phasing and logistics plans that help minimize disruptions for residents throughout the renovation process.

From access and scheduling to temporary relocations and sequencing of work, every detail matters. By planning with residents in mind from the start, we help our project teams work efficiently while treating the communities we serve with the care and respect they deserve.

Renovating occupied housing isn’t just about improving buildings. It’s about taking care of the people who call them home.

We’re excited to announce that we received Notice to Proceed for Queen Apartments in Los Angeles, California!

This occupied, scattered-site rehabilitation includes 96 units across five locations and a comprehensive scope of work, including full interior unit renovations, ADA and accessibility upgrades, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, windows, common-area improvements, exterior and site work, and related building-system upgrades.

We’re looking forward to working with Alliance Property Group and Musser: Architects, Inc. to deliver another successful affordable housing renovation for the Los Angeles community.

Teamwork was on the menu yesterday!

Our Accounting and Marketing teams came together to make breakfast for our office, while our field crews were treated to breakfast at each of our job sites across the country. It was a great way to start the day and show appreciation for the people who keep our projects and our company moving forward every day.
