Located only one mile from Downtown Nashville, there are a lot of multifamily properties in this area. To attract potential tenants, it was crucial to make the exterior of Charlotte Ave eye-catching. Cool-toned, trending colors communicate that this is a hip and happening place to live and stay! 🤠
