Throwing it back to 2023 and one of our favorite commercial tenant improvement projects.

What started as an empty shell became a fully custom showroom designed to showcase the craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail that define AZ Custom Designs. From architectural lighting and custom millwork to steel and glass office systems and integrated product displays, every detail was intentionally built to create a modern, elevated client experience.

AZ Custom Designs is Arizona’s leader in custom motorized window coverings, whole-home automation, and luxury shading solutions with over 40 years of combined experience. Their new showroom was designed to reflect the same level of quality and innovation their clients have come to expect.

Projects like this are what we love most — collaborating with great people, solving complex design-build challenges, and transforming raw commercial spaces into something truly custom from the ground up.

to one of our favorite transformations — featured in Phoenix Home & Garden.
This Arcadia home went from heavy and outdated to bold, fresh, and full of light.

We raised ceilings, refined the layout, and layered in modern, timeless details that reflect the homeowners’ unique style. It’s a great reminder of what’s possible when vision meets craftsmanship.

Still incredibly proud of the work — and the team that brought it all together.

This 22,000 sq.ft. estate in Paradise Valley needed a swanky bar and lounge added to it and the owner reached out to to make it happen. We added just about 1000 sq.ft. to the house and seamlessly tied it into the existing residence like it was always there. The amount of time that went into sourcing materials that matched the existing house was incredible but we were able to find everything from the unique Saltillo tile trim on the exterior, the imported Italian marble tile on the interior, and the slabs for the fireplace. The property is nestled on about 5 acres of prime Paradise Valley real estate and we are thrilled with the final product.

Here is a recently completed project up in DC Ranch, Scottsdale Arizona. We did a light refresh in the kitchen which included new plumbing and light fixtures, and refinished cabinets including a custom tambour treatment for the island. The MAJOR part of this project was taking the existing master bedroom downstairs and the bar/media room upstairs and flip-flopping them. This was one of the more complicated projects we have done in the last year or so but the final product is absolutely stunning!
