It is with great honor to reveal the paramount project of my career thus far...
This Frank Lloyd Wright inspired modern concept I designed in collaboration with Blue Sky Homes sits on an incredible 2.5 acres within the coveted Los Gatos community in North Scottsdale. The expansive Main House features 5 bedrooms & 5 1/2 baths across 5627 livable SF. And the detached Guest House boasts an additional 1BR/1BA 993 livable SF and an amazing walk deck with 360* views.
This custom spec was sold before it was even officially listed for just under $6MM making it the highest value project I've been a part of to date. 🤑

Here's the latest of my modern designs to be completed and currently listed...

Featuring a 4074 SF livable 4BR/3.5BA Main House and a 989 SF livable 1BR/1BA detached Guest House, this combined 5062 livable SF luxury estate consists of entertainment orientated amenities, beautifully appointed finishes as well as ultra green energy efficiency and fully integrated SMART technology and automation throughout.

Oh and the 360* views from the Guest House walk deck are incredible!

I'm seriously terrible at sharing this stuff. I have entire gallery sets of projects (including this one) that I need to upload to this page, but it always takes forever to organize the pics the way I like. 🤷‍♂️
