Our Oasis Project continues to make exciting progress! The pool has been dug, pool plumbing is underway, and interior work is moving forward with basement drywall and primer being applied, along with much more happening throughout the home.

As September comes to a close, our Mirage Project on Donna Lane in Paradise Valley is making great progress. The walls are being framed up, and the home is really starting to take shape, giving us a first glimpse of the incredible home this project will become. With each stage of construction, the vision is coming to life, and we’re excited to see it continue moving forward. This project is going to be amazing, and we can’t wait to see what October brings!

This past week, the pool was officially laid out and excavation began at our Oasis Project on Berneil in Paradise Valley, AZ. It’s exciting to see the vision taking shape as the pool begins to define what will become an incredible outdoor living space.

There’s plenty more happening throughout the property, with progress continuing across the home and site. But for now, the pool is stealing the spotlight—and it’s already looking amazing.

We’re excited to watch this project continue to come together, bringing the architecture, landscape, and outdoor spaces closer to the finished vision.

The past few weeks have marked significant structural progress at our Collection Project on 60th Street in Paradise Valley, AZ. Pre-concrete operations included installation of steel joists and reinforcing steel, establishing the structural framework for the main floor slab. Following placement of the main floor concrete, the exterior basement foundation walls were waterproofed and prepared for backfilling. With the foundation system, structural steel, reinforcing, and concrete work progressing, the project is continuing to move efficiently into the next phase of construction.

As August comes to a close, exciting progress is underway at the Belmont project. The basement excavation is complete, and the concrete footings have been poured, setting the stage for the formation and construction of the concrete basement walls.

Keep an eye on this home—its incredible site and spectacular views are just the beginning of what will be an amazing project.

Our Retreat project on Donna Circle in Paradise Valley is quickly taking shape. Flooring, custom cabinetry, pool work, and the sauna are all progressing, bringing this luxury home closer to completion.

There’s still more to come, including additional pool work and landscaping. Stay tuned as The Retreat continues to come together!

The Oasis project continues to make outstanding progress as each phase comes together. The basement insulation and drywall are now complete, while the main floor is being prepped with electrical and plumbing before insulation and drywall begin. Outside, the exterior is fully enclosed with EXP sheathing and Tyvek commercial weather barrier, marking another major milestone.

As summer winds down, construction will continue at a steady pace, bringing us one step closer to completion. With breathtaking mountain views, exceptional craftsmanship, and top-of-the-line amenities, Oasis is shaping up to be a truly remarkable home that will stand out for years to come.
