✨ From outdated hallway storage to a custom built-in!
This project was a complete transformation. We removed the original cabinet doors and shelving and opened everything up to create a much more functional—and much better looking—built-in.
The new cabinet features:
* Custom-built 3/4” prefinished birch plywood
* Four lower storage cubbies
* Two adjustable upper shelves
* Finished birch edge banding for clean cabinet-grade edges
* Existing wall color carried through the back of the built-in
* New trim installed to match the surrounding doors and hallway
* Drywall repair, finish work, and paint to make everything look original to the home
A great example of taking an awkward, dated space and turning it into something clean, useful, and completely custom.
