CTS Excavations, LLC is growing, and we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in the Huntsville / Scottsboro, AL area!
If you have a strong background in civil earthwork, grading, and utility construction, and you know how to take a project from blueprint takeoff to final completion, we want to talk to you.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
• Estimating: Perform accurate digital takeoffs, calculate material/labor costs, and prepare competitive bids for commercial and civil projects.
• Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, manage budgets, track change orders, and schedule crews/subcontractors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, superintendents, and suppliers to ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in estimating and managing civil earthwork, grading, or underground utility projects.
• Proficiency with digital takeoffs and bidding software (AGTEK, Bluebeam, B2W, HCSS, or similar).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and blueprint-reading skills.
• Ability to handle multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
