Happy Birthday to our newest CSR, Gabby! 🎉🎂

Gabby joined us right in the middle of summer chaos — which is certainly one way to get introduced to the HVAC world. 😂

In just a few short weeks, she’s already shown so much initiative to learn, grow, and jump right in wherever she’s needed. She’s sweet, easy to be around, and has been such a great addition to our office.

We know we can be a little crazy around here, so the fact that we haven’t scared her off yet feels like a pretty good sign. 😂

Happy Birthday to one of our Service Techs, Gentry! 🎉🎂

Don’t let his age fool you — Gentry is incredibly sharp technically and has become one heck of a troubleshooter. He takes feedback, learns from it, and is constantly working to get better… which is exactly what you want in this industry.

He’s dependable, always willing to jump in, and somehow manages to be a fan favorite with our older customers. 😂 Apparently good troubleshooting skills and Southern manners go a long way!

He’s also usually the first one to say “I’ll do it” when we pull out a camera and start planning our latest social media nonsense… which automatically earns him bonus points around here. 😂

One thing you may not know about HVAC work... sometimes we have to bring the heat before we can take it away.

From soldering copper lines to making sure every connection is sealed just right, there's a lot more that goes into an installation than most people ever see. Just another day on the job for our crew.🔥

Happy Birthday to our Service Manager and resident “call Sonny, he’ll know” guy! 🎉😂

With years of experience under his belt, Sonny is dependable, honest, and somehow always has an answer when one of our techs calls with a “quick question” that is definitely not a quick question.

When he’s not keeping the service department running or providing unlimited tech support, he’d probably much rather be somewhere in the woods hunting. 🦌😂

We’re lucky to have his experience, knowledge, and steady hand on our team.
