For those who don’t know, our founder, and my dad, Liam Vickers passed away on October 29th. After working for 2 giants in the Construction world, Perini and Modern Continental, he spent the last 22 years developing a stellar reputation as one of the premier builders on the South Shore. I was lucky enough to spend the last decade working closely alongside him, and will always cherish that. I firmly believe he was the best builder around, and I will continuously strive to fill those shoes. While his extraordinary chapter has come to a close with Ronan Residential, we are not going anywhere. This company is his legacy, and I intend to do it justice. I hope to make you proud, Dad.

Matching old details can sometimes prove to be challenging, but that’s all part of the fun. These 2-1/2x6” soffit blocks proved to be one of those challenges. Since you can’t go buy these off the shelf, we decided to make our own, by laminating 2x6 and 5/4x6 PVC lengths together, and cutting to size. We love the look of these, what do you think?
