Our homeowner shared this updated photo of their home we redesigned back in 2020. The project was a renovation and addition. The exterior included a new shed dormer between the existing ones to create a Nantucket style dormer, a new living room addition off the side, and a new front entry roof.

We’re excited to be working with them again to design a detached barn-style garage that will carry the same architectural language across the property.

Great design doesn’t compete with the original home, it completes it.

Our homeowner sent over this progress shot of their new garage and primary suite addition. We repeated the home’s original gambrel accent roof so seamlessly that even the neighbors said, “it looks like it’s always been there.” That’s the magic of thoughtful design. 🏡✨

is done! This new home built literally on the beach overlooking is here and ready to share with you. We collaborated with our talented homeowner who also is an industry friend and classmate. We designed the architecture and she rocked the interiors!
