WE’RE HIRING: Junior Civil / Structural Engineer
Pioneer Pole Buildings is looking for a Junior Civil / Structural Engineer to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in civil and structural engineering, working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects from design and permitting through construction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering
• 0–5 years of experience — entry-level candidates encouraged
• AutoCAD and Excel experience preferred
• FE/EIT preferred, or willingness to obtain the EIT within 18 months of hire
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
