This is what it looks like after we have removed the old carpet, padding, tackstrips, baseboards, doors and a final vacuuming just before we begin to install the laminate vinyl plank flooring.

Another flooring project ALMOST completed. This one took way longer than we planned, thankfully we're working with some amazing clients and they're very understanding and patient.

We love seeing the final results, it's worth every bit of effort it takes to do things right. Last up, the stairs, we'll be done with those tomorrow so more photos to come!

A major exterior refresh with the help of a thorough soft wash!

This home had built-up mildew, algae, dust, and grime that had dulled the exterior over time. Using the proper cleaning solution and a low-pressure application, we were able to lift away years of buildup without blasting or damaging the surfaces.

Is every stain completely gone? No and we will always be honest about that. But the difference is night and day. The exterior is cleaner, brighter, and much closer to its original appearance.

Not perfect, but a far cry from where it started and a transformation worth seeing.

A smart laundry-room upgrade built around saving space and venting the new setup properly.

This homeowner switched from traditional side-by-side laundry units to a stackable washer and dryer, which required relocating the dryer vent. We left the original vent line in place, but securely closed it off at both ends with hard metal caps.

For the new vent, we installed solid metal ductwork and insulated the first six feet from the exterior to help reduce the chance of condensation. The new exterior termination was placed on the sidewall beneath the eave for a clean, protected finish.

More usable space inside, with a safer and more efficient dryer vent setup behind the scenes.

A broken shower door does not have to mean a full bathroom remodel.

For this project, we removed the old sliding glass shower frame after the glass broke, cleaned and prepared the surrounding surfaces, and installed a brand-new shower door unit.

We finished everything with crystal-clear caulking for a clean, seamless, and waterproof finish that blends right into the existing shower.

A simple upgrade that made the bathroom feel complete again.

Making steady progress on our current whole-home flooring project in San Marcos!

The hallway is finished, our tools are organized, and we’re continuing to work our way through the rest of the home. Projects like this do not always move as quickly as originally expected, especially when unexpected challenges arise, like losing a good set of hands along the way.

We believe doing the job correctly is more important than rushing to meet an unrealistic timeline. That means taking the time to properly prepare each area, make clean cuts, address issues as they come up, and leave the homeowner with a finished product we’re proud to stand behind.

Sometimes doing things right takes a little longer but, it is always worth it.

Sometimes the finished product isn't 100% completed. This customer wanted to handle the painting and we're totally okay with it! We love being able to help out and also let our clients take on some DIY too!

Window trimmed out and cracking wall has been repaired! And as always we make sure to take great care in protecting our customers homes and leave it cleaner than when we arrived.
