Pebblebrooke Homes has always been there for their clients to make sure that they get the absolute best house they can for the least amount of money.

Pebblebrooke Homes is dedicated to designing and constructing high quality custom homes that meet their clients needs and budget.Bob Pharazyn President of Pebblebrooke Homes LLC. My specialty has always been building houses to perfectly match the clients needs. We don't just give you a set of prints to look at and say, "Choose your favorite." We sit down with you and a home designer to create your dream home at a price you can afford. I have always said, "The home is where the heart is." With that being the case, why should people be forced to spend tons of money on their dream home. This philosophy is one of the key responsibilities of my job. I make sure that you are paying the lowest price for the highest quality. Over the years, I have developed relationships with many high quality, reasonably priced suppliers and contractors. Another key aspect of my company that sets us apart form other builders is the length of time it takes my team to build your custom home. In most cases, you can expect your custom home to be in built in three months. Not the six to eight months that most builders take. This time frame seems hard to believe because of what you are led to believe by my competitors, but it is true. If you have any questions or are interested in building with Pebblebrooke Homes, please feel free to call or email me at any time. Also, be sure to check out my website and the videos of some of the homes I have previously constructed. Kind regards,

Bob Pharazyn
