It’s been a busy week as we’ve started reclaiming land for one of our commercial clients. This apartment complex has looked overgrown and outdated for many years, we have been contracted to reclaim the land in stages to allow for more usable space and to showcase the buildings as we update this property and bring its curb appeal back! There is still a lot of work to be done but there has already been a notable difference as this building was never visible from the road before!

Dreaming of enjoying your backyard this summer? 🔥☀️

This week, we transformed this backyard into a beautiful outdoor gathering space. We installed a stunning Dagostino Adirondack slab patio, complete with a Dagostino Midnight Black fire pit—the perfect spot to relax after a long day.

Picture yourself roasting marshmallows, sharing stories with friends, and making memories around the fire all season long.

Spring is off to a busy start for us!

This week we were called out to one of our very good commercial clients properties to deal with a mess of uprooted trees that came down in the winds we had earlier in the week. 💨 🌲

These trees are both creating an eye sore for current tenants and are going to be in the way for the construction site where additional buildings are going to be built for this property. 🚧

☎️ One phone call to us and we got right to work!

We were called out last week for a repair of a sump pump line. After assessing the situation we determined that the break in the pipe was significant and that the entire line needed to be replaced. It was found that the initial install of this line was not done correctly and the pipe used was a thinner wall pipe than what should have been used in this application outdoors. We had to wait for the utilities to be marked until we could do the full repair as just about every utility ran through our work area. We ran temporary hoses that we supply to keep the sump pumps operational over the weekend. Once the utilities were marked; today we were able to install the new shedule 40 pipe from the home to the storm drain while having to work around the many utilities and obstacles , allowing the sump pumps to operate without issue for many years!

It’s been a busy winter! We are catching up on some snow removal to keep our customers parking lots fully open with all this snow we have! Hopefully the warmer weather will be here soon and we can start focusing on getting ready for spring! But if you have any commercial snow removal needs, we are the only phone call you need to make!
