Thanks to Alicia and Rob for trusting HHR Builders with the build-out of the new Upstate Cookie Shack location in East Greenbush.
What started as a former office space was transformed into a full bakery and café featuring:
custom built-ins and counters
floating feature bulkhead and lighting
full kitchen and utility upgrades
custom trim and finish work
customer seating and café layout
complete code and health department approvals
The space is now officially open and operating.
Projects like this take a lot of coordination behind the scenes between owners, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trades to bring everything together successfully and on schedule.
Congratulations again to Upstate Cookie Shack on the grand opening and expansion.
