Experience Modification Rating (EMR) is a workers’ comp multiplier that reflects actual injury history against industry average. EMR for best-in-class commercial roofers runs between 0.65 and 0.85, and Tecta America's EMR is 0.56! Tecta America's approach to safety, including on-site audits, safety training, toolbox talks and more, allows us to keep our EMR low and our people safe.

Every WeatherGuard vehicle has been displaying a magnet with info about Chloe, last seen in Albany on May 19, and we're happy to announce that Chloe has been located! Putting magnets on our trucks is our way of supporting NCMEC and helping them reunite more missing kids with their families.

The WeatherGuard crew had the best time at Eunice O. Esposito Park for the annual employee BBQ! We're talking mouth-watering food, cool raffle prizes, intense co****le matches and genuine connection with our coworkers.

As usual, it was a great way to kick back, enjoy the day and celebrate the hard work the team puts in all year long. Thank you all for everything you do!

Andre, our experienced production foreman and metal craftsman, was recently in Albany, NY installing the side metal panels and edge cap metal on this building. When our safety officer checked out the site he wasn't surprised that Andre had set up proper barriers around the lift area to shield passersby from harm and was securely fastened in the aerial lift while working. Nice work, Andre!
