Inside, crews are wrapping up the carpeting, installing office glass, and placing furniture. Outside, ACM panel installation will soon complete the refreshed exterior.

The future Porsche Barrington is coming into focus! All precast walls, columns and floors are now complete, and the dealership is beginning to reflect its finished form.

Crews have installed the long-span joists above the service shop and are continuing bar joist, structural steel, and interior framing work. Next up: advancing the basement subgrade, completing underground electrical work, preparing the basement slab and ramping up MEP/HVAC rough-ins.

Crews are actively excavating, framing, and pouring foundations and footings. Once this work is complete, site utility installation will begin with precast installation expected to start in a few weeks!

The transformation at Patrick Cadillac continues! 🚧

Crews are hard at work installing framing, insulation, drywall, windows, and completing MEP rough-ins throughout the remodel. The next phase includes interior and exterior paint, tile installation, and ACT ceilings.

A new era for Porsche Barrington is officially underway! We were proud to join Murgado Automotive Group to celebrate the groundbreaking of the future Porsche Barrington dealership.

This impressive new facility will span 133,960 sq. ft. across two floors, with additional basement space dedicated to inventory and private vehicle storage. Once complete, it will be one of the largest Porsche dealerships in Illinois. Excited to bring this incredible vision from YSM Design, P.C. to life!

Patrick Cadillac is getting a new look! Progress is well underway for the remodel of this Cadillac dealership in Schaumburg, IL.

Demolition is complete, and construction is moving ahead with underground electrical and plumbing, trench drains in the service area, exterior framing, and mechanical rough-ins underway.

Soon we will begin pouring concrete for trenches and stoops, interior framing, and masonry work for the new roof and garage doors.
