We’re looking for a skilled, motivated team member who takes pride in their work and can step in wherever needed to keep our projects moving efficiently.

This is not just a labor position — we want someone who can think, problem-solve, and take initiative on the job site.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work alongside multiple crews, assisting with a variety of landscaping and hardscaping projects. Every day is different, and your experience will play a key role in keeping jobs running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in hardscaping
• Knowledge of plant installation and landscaping
• Low-voltage lighting experience (preferred)
• Ability to operate a wide range of equipment
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable towing and transporting equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with design and estimating software is a plus
