Historic buildings tell the story of a community, and preserving them requires thoughtful planning and expert craftsmanship. 🏛️

We’re proud to have partnered with the City of Biddeford Government to restore the historic Biddeford City Hall. From rehabilitating the custom-curved mahogany storefronts to restoring the iconic clock tower, every detail was executed with care and respect for the building's history — all while bringing its performance and safety systems up to modern standards.

School's out for the summer! 🚧🎒

We're currently on-site at two Southern Maine schools enhancing security before students and staff return this fall. Our team is building out a new secure entry vestibule, adding specialized safety glass and upgrading entry controls. Creating safer learning environments starts at the front door.

Our crew recently hit an unexpected pause on one of our projects when a seagull chose our jobsite as the perfect place to nest. We carefully worked around the area to keep a safe distance, and now, all the eggs have hatched! 🪺

We’re temporarily holding off on a portion of the work until the chicks are ready to take flight. Not your typical delay, but sometimes the job calls for a little extra patience and respect for nature and our surroundings.

Summer in Maine has us thinking back to one of our favorite waterfront builds. ☀️🦞

A few years ago, our team had the opportunity to construct a one-of-a-kind restaurant for Luke’s Lobster Portland Pier at the edge of Portland Harbor. The project included restoring the pier, building a new lobster-buying station, and renovating the interior. One of the best features is the large picture windows that offer panoramic views of the harbor.

If you're in Portland this summer, stop by for a lobster roll and enjoy the view!
