Fulcrum is excited to announce our selection as Construction Manager for the Pelham Terrace project in Pelham, NH.

This project includes the renovation of existing structures, selective demolition, and phased new construction to expand housing opportunities within the community.

We look forward to working with Housing Initiatives of New England, CWS ARCHITECTS, TFMoran, and Thornton Tomasetti, along with the full project team, to bring this development to life!

After 34 incredible years at CWS Architecture + Interior Design and 40 years in the architecture industry, our founding principal, Benedict B. Walter has officially retired from active practice.

The impact he’s had is clear— his leadership has shaped the foundation of our firm, guiding us through decades of growth, innovation, and meaningful collaborations. While this marks the end of an era, the legacy he’s built will continue to inspire the future of CWS.

As we celebrate his impact, we also look ahead with confidence. Our dedicated team is carrying forward the values, relationships, and commitment to excellence that define us.

We had a great time at the Maine Real Estate and Development Association Annual Forecast Conference last week. From reconnecting with industry peers to diving into conversations about AI in AEC and evolving market trends, the day was filled with insight and energy. Events like this challenge us to think bigger, stay curious, and bring fresh ideas back to our clients and projects.

A little magic, a lot of heart🎄✨

CWS was honored to take part in the 2025 Helping Hands Tree Decorating Event led by J+J Flooring Group. This incredible initiative aims to brighten the lives of children and their families spending the holidays in pediatric hospitals across the country. This year our team created an I Spy Tree, filled with playful trinkets and paired with a handmade I Spy book, inviting kids to explore, discover, and smile as they find each item.

The trees are collected and put on display at Hasbro Children’s Hospital for children and families to peruse, select their favorite to take with them, and adorn their hospital rooms. This event not only puts smiles on the faces of the children and their parents, but also the nurses, doctors, and hospital staff.
