The Landry/French team is making great progress on the new Windham-Raymond Middle School. At 260,000 square feet, it will be the largest school ever built in Maine.

Designed for approximately 1,200 students, the new school will bring together students from Windham and Raymond with innovative learning spaces, two gyms, a 600-seat auditorium, an indoor elevated track, and spaces designed to connect the school with the broader community.

RSU 14 Superintendent Chris Howell recognized the progress, saying: “The amount of work that Landry/French has done over the past year is incredible.”

We’re proud of our team and trade partners who are making this once-in-a-generation project a reality—and building a school that will serve Maine students for decades to come.

Landry/French is nearing the finish line on the University of Maine's new 14,000-square-foot Aquaculture Workforce and Innovation Center.

Designed to advance both saltwater and freshwater aquaculture research, the new facility includes modern offices, classrooms, and state-of-the-art laboratories that support education and innovation for Maine's growing aquaculture industry. It's been a great collaboration with SMRT Architects & Engineers.

Last month, Landry/French employees from Maine and Florida came together to learn, collaborate, share ideas, and strengthen relationships across our company.

Reflecting on the experience, CEO Kevin French shared a simple message that will become an even bigger part of our culture:
